Freight and Storage

Our preferred freight carrier for Expo 2008 is Yellow Freight. Their sustainable practices have won them the 2006 EPA Environmental Excellence Award. They use biodiesel and alternative fuels, govern speed for increased efficiency and recycle tires, paper and other materials to minimize their waste. Learn more about Yellow Freight click here.

You may ship your freight or merchandise (product, booth, etc.) in advance directly to the Whole Children, Whole Planet warehouse. Your freight will be moved from the warehouse to Highland Hall Waldorf School on a large truck where professional personnel will deliver the freight directly to your booth. The cost for this warehouse storage and delivery service is determined by the weight of your shipment. For more details call show management.

Please do not ship any merchandise/product directly to Highland Hall Waldorf School. Some hotels are capable of receiving product shipments at their location – check with your reserved hotel for more information.

You can ship to the warehouse beginning April 15, 2008. They will be receiving shipments between 10:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. All products must arrive in cartons, boxed, or crated – product, and/or items not packed properly will be refused.

For those of you not shipping to the warehouse, but who will require assistance moving things to your booth, there will be professinal personnel available to assist you at an affordable rate based on your needs. There will also be a limited number of hand trucks and dollies available for load-in/load-out at HHWS for your use on a first come, first serve basis at no cost.
