Exhibitor Information and Prices
Our Philosophy
The Whole Children, Whole Planet (WCWP) Expo is about raising healthy children – mind, body and spirit – in a safe,
natural, non-toxic, nurturing environment. To be eligible to participate, exhibitors must meet one or more of the following criteria in
alignment with our philosophy:
- Produce or sell natural health and/or environmentally friendly products at the manufacturer, distributor, or retail level
- Offer enrichment programs to families
- Be an educational organization offering services to families (inquire about reduced rate for non-profit organizations.)
- Support holistic medicine practices
- Supply other products/services/destinations in keeping with the Expo philosophy.
The Whole Children, Whole Planet Expo reserves the right to reject applications that
are not in alignment with the Expo's philosophy.
Booth Prices
All booth prices based on 10' x 10' space – $1,800.
Add $100.00 for all corner booths.
BUY EARLY AND RECEIVE CASH ADVANTAGES – PURCHASE BOOTH BY:
- January 1 – September 1, 2007
Discounted standard booth rate = $1,400
Non-profit rate = $600; Practitioner rate = $1,000
- September 2 – February 1, 2008
Discounted standard booth rate = $1,600
Non-profit rate = $700; Practitioner rate = $1,200
- After February 2, 2008
Regular standard booth rate = $1,800
Non-profit rate = $800; Practitioner rate = $1,400
Half booth rate (10'wide x 5'deep) is based on the regular booth price (above) divided by two, plus $100
Each 10' x 10' booth includes, depending on the wheather, either a pipe and draped area or a festival pop-up tent:
• An identification sign with your company name and booth number
• Three complimentary exhibitor staff passes
• Your organization's name listed as an exhibitor on the WCWP web site and in the on-site program guide
Please note:
• Retail selling and food vendors – special permits are necessary (See Terms and Conditions #9 and #10)
• Electricity, carpeting, tables, chairs, wastebasket and booth cleaning are NOT included in the exhibit fee

New Kitchen Venue – This year we are offering exhibitors 15-minute time slots for $100 on the food court kitchen stage. This new forum will allow companies and organizations to share what they are doing to make a difference for the environment, organic natural food, enrichment learning or holistic health. This venue is NOT to serve as a commercial for the company, but rather to allow you to share your expertise and/or passions about working towards better health and preserving the planet for our future - solutions. There will be a limited number of these sessions available, which will be sold on a first come, first served basis. To qualify, submit your subject/presentation for review and approval to wcwpexpo@yahoo.com. WCWP organizers reserve the right to refuse presentations that in their sole opinion do not support the goals and criteria of this new forum.
Basic Payment Options – Online with a credit card, Pay Pal, or by check – Please make checks payable to Whole Children,
Whole Planet and mail to P.O. Box 1029-198, Van Nuys, CA 91408. Please be sure to include your completed ERF and signed contract with a 50% deposit to secure your booth – Thank you!
In honor of our children and the planet – A portion of all profits will be donated to organizations related to environmental issues and natural health.
